What is your cancellation policy?
At SPA Rollers, we are dedicated to providing a glamorous and pampering experience with our fully equipped mobile spa, featuring a paint & sip station and dance floor. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so we've created a cancellation policy to accommodate your needs.

-14 Days Notice: If you need to cancel your party, we offer a full refund if you notify us at least 14 days before the scheduled event date.
-Less Than 14 Days Notice: For cancellations made with less than 14 days notice, the deposit will be forfeited unless you choose to reschedule the party for a later date. Please note that parties can only be rescheduled once.
-Within a Week of the Event: Any cancellations or changes to the schedule within one week of the event are at the sole discretion of SPA Rollers and may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

All reservations have a deposit of $ 100.00 of the total of the event.
All events must be paid in full 7 days before the event.

How many guests can the SPA Rollers Glam & Pamper Bus accommodate for an event?
The SPA Rollers Glam & Pamper Bus is designed to provide an unforgettable pampering experience for your group. Our luxurious mobile spa can comfortably accommodate up to 12 girls for an event, ensuring everyone has a fantastic time enjoying the paint & sip station, dance floor, and other pampering activities.

Is there a minimum age for participants in SPA Rollers events?
While we welcome pampering enthusiasts of all ages, we ask that attendees be able to follow instructions from our staff for the best experience. For any child five years old or younger, at least one parent or guardian must be present to help supervise and assist them during the event.

How much space does the SPA Rollers Glam & Pamper Bus require?
The SPA Rollers Glam & Pamper Bus needs a circumference of approximately 50 feet of level ground to park comfortably, along with some extra space to maneuver in and out of the site. Typically, the bus fits in front of most houses but may block the driveway. In parking lots, the bus takes up around 4 to 5 parking spaces. Ideally, we prefer to pull straight into curbside parking, as parallel parking a large bus can be challenging.


Where can the SPA Rollers Glam & Pamper Bus set up?
Because the SPA Rollers Glam & Pamper Bus is self-contained, it can be set up almost anywhere there is ample level ground or parking. Our bus can easily be set up at homes, parks, businesses, pools, schools, sports fields, churches, community centers, and more.

Will you need to plug into my power or have power available on site?
The SPA Rollers Glam & Pamper Bus is a fully self-contained unit with its own generator on board, providing all the power needed to run our services. Therefore, we do not need to use your home or site power system to operate.

Do I need to supervise the party?
SPA Rollers will provide a dedicated staff member at each event to supervise and guide all pampering activities on the Glam & Pamper Bus, ensuring everyone has a great time. However, any additional entertainment provided by others at the party must be supervised by the host.

How do you handle parties in bad weather?
The SPA Rollers Glam & Pamper Bus is fully equipped to handle various weather conditions. Our bus is self-contained and insulated, featuring climate-controlled air-conditioning to keep guests cool in hot weather and heating to keep everyone warm in cooler weather. This ensures a comfortable and enjoyable experience regardless of the weather.

Do you require a deposit to book an event date?
Yes, to schedule the date and time of an event, a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required at the time the date of the event is reserved. A valid credit card or debit card is required to book your reservation.

When is the full cost of the Event Due?
The balance of the cost of the event is due 7 days before the event date. If you are scheduling an event less than 1 week in advance, Game Rollers will require full payment for the cost of the event on the date of you make the reservation.

What happens if the SPA Rollers Glam & Pamper Bus is unavailable on the scheduled date of my event?
In the rare event that the SPA Rollers Glam & Pamper Bus is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, SPA Rollers will issue a full refund equivalent to 100% of the prepaid cost for the event. We understand the significance of your occasion and will make every effort to assist you in finding suitable alternatives.

Can I reschedule my reserved event date?
If you've paid the full cost for your SPA Rollers Glam & Pamper Bus event and need to reschedule, simply notify us at least 3 days prior to the original scheduled date. SPA Rollers will make every effort to accommodate your request for a new date within 30 days from the original date, subject to availability. Please note that SPA Rollers reserves the right to select the rescheduled date at its sole discretion.

What happens if there is bad weather on the date of the event?
In case of inclement weather such as hurricanes, tropical storms, lightning, high winds, flooding, or heavy rains, SPA Rollers reserves the right to reschedule your event to ensure the safety of all participants and guests. We prioritize the well-being of everyone involved and will make every effort to coordinate a new date that works for you.

What other terms apply?
SPA Rollers and its staff shall not be held liable for any damages to ground or below-ground property or equipment resulting from the client's request to position the SPA Rollers Glam & Pamper Bus in a specific location.

SPA Rollers reserves the right to charge the client's credit card for damages to the Glam & Pamper Bus resulting from careless or willful damage by the client and/or their guests.

SPA Rollers and its staff assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client's property or designated location. The client and/or host are solely responsible for any liability for damages or injuries.
